Toker (the sole proprietorship, also trading as "Toker", "we", "our") operates an information directory that helps people discover cannabis shops in South Africa, a marketing platform for those shops, and a Toker-branded merchandise marketplace. We do not sell, ship, deliver, advertise or promote cannabis or any cannabis product. We do sell Toker-branded merchandise (e.g. t-shirts, accessories) via third-party dropship and dropservice providers — see the Delivery Policy for the merchandise-specific terms. The legal documents below govern your use of the Platform (https://go-toker.com and related URLs).

Policies that apply to everyone

User Agreement

The contract between you and Toker when you register and use the Platform as a client.

Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share, store and protect your personal information under POPIA. Includes your data subject rights.

Cookie Policy

The specific cookies, local storage and tracking technologies the Platform uses, and how to control them.

Applies to: Everyone who visits the Platform.

Acceptable Use Policy

Conduct rules — what content and behaviour are prohibited on the Platform.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Day Pass refund mechanics under the Consumer Protection Act, chargeback policy, National Consumer Commission referral.

Applies to: Clients who buy Day Passes.

Policies for Shop Owners

Shop Owner Agreement

The contract between you and Toker when you list a shop on the Platform. Includes the annual listing fee (there are no payouts to shops), listing rules, and prohibited content.
